RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY

The provision of goods & services by AQ Lifestyle (PTY) Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, AQ Lifestyle (PTY) Ltd will refund the customer in full within 14 days.

If the customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase or would like to make and exchange, they need to return the product to our store at their own expense in its original packaging with a covering letter detailing the reasons for returning the product and their contact details. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Returns and refunds will not be accepted for used bottles. AQ Lifestyle (PTY) Ltd will cover the shipping fees for the return of defective items.

Cancellation of an online order will be fully refundable if cancelled prior to shipping. If the product has been shipped the customer must return the item to AQ Lifestyle (PTY) Ltd at their cost within 14 days of purchase date in order to receive a refund. If the product is re-saleable or factory damaged AQ Lifestyle (PTY) Ltd will refund the product cost. Refunds will be credited to the payment card. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
